Counselling for Teenagers

Supporting young people to navigate their own path.

Adolescence can be an exciting yet challenging time — full of changes, pressures and emotions that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
At Your Listening Space in Horsham, I offer a calm, confidential and understanding space for teenagers to talk openly and make sense of what they’re going through.

A Space to Talk,
Reflect and Grow

Teenagers often experience big shifts — academically, socially and emotionally.

Whether it’s anxiety, friendship struggles, family tensions, or worries about the future, counselling offers a chance to pause and find clarity.

My approach is warm, respectful and collaborative. I won’t tell you what to do or judge what you say — instead, I’ll listen and help you explore what’s happening, so you can understand yourself better and develop confidence in your own choices.

Helping You
Feel Your Best

Together, we’ll look at the bigger picture — how your mind, body, emotions and lifestyle all interact.

Counselling can help young people learn what supports their wellbeing: how to manage stress, build resilience, communicate effectively, and make choices that help them feel their best, both inside and out.

How I Work

Sessions are relaxed and flexible. Some young people like to talk, others prefer to use creative materials, drawings or metaphors to express themselves — we’ll find what works best for you.
I work integratively, drawing from different counselling approaches, and everything we discuss is handled with care, confidentiality and respect.
