Why Young Adults Choose to Work With Me
Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years working in large corporate organisations supporting people in high-pressure environments.
I understand the demands of early careers — long hours, pressure to perform, and the uncertainty that comes with trying to find your place.
I help with:
-
Career uncertainty and decision-making
-
Workplace anxiety and confidence
-
Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
-
Balancing ambition and wellbeing
-
Managing expectations — from yourself and others
My approach is grounded, practical and supportive, helping you make sense of your experiences and move forward confidently in a way that suits you.
How We Can Work Together
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and confidential. You will not be judged or told what to do — instead, we explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.
