A focused two-hour check-in to help you gain clarity, balance and direction.

Alongside regular counselling sessions, I also offer a one-off Mental Health MOT — a focused and structured check-in designed to help you take stock of your wellbeing and gain a clearer sense of balance in your life.

During this session, we take a 360° look at different areas of your wellbeing, including:
